Hovercraft Services of Australia have the unique ability to transport surveyors safely on ash and tailing dams. Ash and tailing dams cannot be surveyed with boats and other conventional crafts. That’s where the Hovercraft is such a diverse medium, being able to access normally impossible terrain. With a job recently completed in an Ash dam in NSW, we were able to survey the dam with a very high degree of accuracy.
